As a Lead Consultant, you will play a crucial role in transforming health systems by utilizing data to enhance decision-making and improve patient outcomes. We are seeking an experienced Consultant to design, configure, activate, and support the implementation of Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions within various Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs. Our Federal Consulting team strives to improve electronic health record systems for service members, veterans, and their families. In this role, you will manage complex tasks that require independent judgment and the application of Oracle's best practices to meet the unique requirements of our clients. Responsibilities: Engage with clients on service line workflows while guiding them in making essential design decisions and understanding interdependencies. Provide expert oversight and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Develop and implement tailored solution designs that strategically align with workflow needs. Proactively identify and address potential risks and challenges in solutions. Effectively implement workflow and process improvement strategies. Lead client meetings and drive internal team initiatives. Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or support. 5+ years of experience in relevant functional or technical roles, with extensive knowledge of Oracle Health Supply Chain products. A strong background in pharmacy supply chain management and related fields. Experience in clinical inventory management, electronic data interchange (EDI), and related systems. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. A self-starter with the ability to work independently. U.S. citizenship is required due to contract obligations. Ability to obtain necessary government security clearance. Expectations: Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed. Flexibility to work additional or irregular hours as project demands dictate. Understanding and compliance with corporate security policies and procedures, emphasizing the importance of safeguarding assets. We look forward to receiving your application! Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $53,000 to $126,100 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and equity opportunities.
