Class A CDL Truck Driver - Entry Level Welcome

This position is ideal for individuals eager to start their trucking careers within a supportive company that prioritizes professional growth and development. Experience the excitement of driving regional routes with a 53' Dry Van while earning competitive pay. Key Responsibilities Driving routes across all states West of the Mississippi. 100% No Touch freight with a dry van. Involves Drop N Hook and live load/unload procedures. New drivers will spend 4-6 weeks OTR with a trainer if they have less than 6 months experience. Home every 3 weeks to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Orientation will take place in Las Vegas, NV. Must be prepared to drive during both day and night shifts. Average weekly miles range from 1800-2000. Requirements Must have graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of training. Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Class A CDL. Must maintain a relatively clean driving record, free from major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years. No terminations from previous jobs allowed. Must have no DUI offenses in the past 5 years; all criminal history will be reviewed for safety. Must present a consistent 10-year work history with minimal gaps outside of education or training, maximum of 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years. Must successfully pass both a Urine and Hair pre-employment drug screening. Must reside within 100 miles of Las Vegas. Benefits Averaging $1200 per week. Pay ranges from .43 to .61 per mile based on experience. Receive $15 for each stop. Earn $20 for loads under 100 miles. Training pay of $650 per week for 4-6 weeks if under 6 months experience. Eligibility for a monthly safety bonus of .06 per mile. Comprehensive benefits package available after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401K, and PTO.
