Training will take place at Warrensville Heights Infusion Center. Shifts will be 4-10 hour shifts for the duration of training. Responsibilities: Complete assessment and document in Epic AIC nursing note Review medications, allergies, and falls risk and document in Epic. Place IVs, access ports and PICCs. Mix medications according to pharmacy instructions in MAR. Infuse according to pharmacy instructions in MAR. Monitor patients throughout treatment. Provide education to new patients and at discharge. Enter infusion charges.
