Restaurant Operations Manager

This position is at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which means the franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc., will be your employer if hired. The franchisee is responsible for all employment-related matters in the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, wages, staffing, and scheduling. Restaurant Operations Manager As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will oversee the overall operations of the restaurant and work to build a strong team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for recruiting, selecting, training, and developing restaurant staff. Additionally, you will utilize management tools to analyze restaurant operations and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate a passion for the restaurant business. Serve as a role model to motivate and inspire your team. Maintain a strong commitment to food quality and safety. Adapt to multiple demands and shifting priorities effectively. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility.
