Jamba Juice Shift Lead

Hello! We are very excited to be opening a new location in the fall(October) that will be a co-branded Jamba/Auntie Anne's. You will start this position immediately at our existing Jamba Juice in Centennial off Parker Rd where you will learn the skills to run the Jamba operations and then be trained on the Auntie Anne's business as we get closer to the new store opening.Opening a new store is a fun and unique experience, which will be a great learning experience if you haven't had the chance to do this before. Responsibilities General Responsible for maintaining shift operations excellence Ensures that the store appearance and cleanliness are to Jamba's standards Demonstrates exceptional shift leadership behaviors Communicates all shift issues, concerns and needs to the store General Manager Responds to directives in an accurate and timely manner Recognizes and rewards outstanding performance of shift team members Educate and engage the community and store customers on all of Jamba's products and services Other duties as assigned Customer Service Demonstrates an excellent level of customer service Motivates and mentors team members to deliver customer service excellence Accountable for the customer engagement experience on the shift Provide customers with product suggestions and information Motivates and mentors team members on providing customers with product suggestions and information Maintain exceptional customer service metric scores Operations Open and/or close the store as required. Perform all safety and security tasks, i.e., alarms, two-person rule, as required to open and close the store Coach, counsel and direct Team Members. Lead the team in the execution of Jamba standards through Jamba On Stage to create an excellent customer experience. Provide performance feedback to Team Members Lead and manage shifts while acting as manager in charge of store. Deploy Team Members as required to meet business demands and make necessary staffing decisions Communicate clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective shift operations Follow all food safety, cash handling and operations procedures and policies Coordinate and participate off site program customer visits and deliveries Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour Schedule: 10 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Holidays Monday to Friday Weekends Supplemental Pay: Tips Work Location: One location This Job Is: Open to applicants under 18 years old, provided it is legally allowed for the job and location Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Experience: Coaching, training, and onboarding Food service Opening and closing Work Remotely: No Supplemental pay Tips
