Senior Banquets Manager - High Volume Resort and Event Property A premier park and resort destination known for its rolling landscapes and high-volume events is seeking a dynamic Senior Banquet Manager to lead their hospitality team. Position Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of 30+ employees, including 5 direct reports. Act as the primary liaison with the Catering Director and serve as the acting Director of Banquets when necessary. Manage banquet financial tasks. Coordinate hiring, training, and retention efforts. Maintain the BEO Master Book Oversee the security of financial transactions and establish par levels for food, beverage, and operational supplies. Position Requirements: A Bachelor's in Hospitality Mgmt. or related field is preferred. 5-7 years of related management experience and training. Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop the banquet staff.
