We are on the lookout for a dedicated Heavy Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage field operations on heavy civil projects. If you are passionate about working in a dynamic environment and have a solid background in supervising teams involved in grading, excavation, underground utilities, and concrete or roadway work, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate field crews to ensure that work is conducted safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Plan daily activities, assign labor and equipment, and ensure compliance with schedules. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy. Maintain effective communication with Project Managers, Superintendents, and subcontractors. Monitor quality control and enforce safety standards at the job site. Track materials, equipment usage, and prepare daily progress reports. Identify and troubleshoot field issues, providing practical and cost-effective solutions. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of earthwork, grading, utilities, and/or concrete structures. Ability to lead and motivate field teams while maximizing productivity and morale. Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and job costing. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
