Join Our Team! A dynamic and expanding ecological restoration organization is on the lookout for a motivated Field Supervisor to manage hands-on restoration projects. This role is crucial in ensuring our field crews deliver exceptional environmental work. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily field operations, including native planting, soil enhancement, erosion control, and invasive species management. Supervise, mentor, and train Technicians and crew members to ensure high-quality results. Promote a safe working environment and ensure proper equipment use at all times. Maintain detailed project logs, planting records, and pesticide documentation. Assist with scheduling and coordination in conjunction with Project Managers. What We’re Looking For: A background in ecology, forestry, agriculture, soil science, or a related field. Experience in identifying both native and invasive plant species. Proficient in operating restoration or landscaping equipment. Strong leadership abilities paired with excellent communication skills. A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
