Responsibilities We are in search of a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Implementation Expert to enhance our remote team. This position is perfect for individuals eager to provide outstanding solutions using the ServiceNow platform, particularly in ITOM, ITSM, APM, and CMDB implementations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules, ensuring optimal integration and value delivery. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure various ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, ITSM, APM, CMDB, HAM, and SAM. Design and deploy comprehensive solutions using best practices of ServiceNow. Conduct requirements analysis and engage with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions. Manage and maintain the CMDB for accurate data modeling and system integrations. Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Develop comprehensive documentation such as technical specifications, workflows, and testing cases. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and certifications. Qualifications Required Qualifications: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification - Required Strong proficiency with a variety of modules, including (all not necessary): ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Cloud Management) ITSM CMDB APM (Application Portfolio Management) HAM (Hardware Asset Management) Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Additional ServiceNow certifications such as: SAM (Software Asset Management) APM HAM ITOM CMDB Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Flow Designer).
