Enterprise Architect - IT Infrastructure Operation

JOB DESCRIPTION The Enterprise Architect - IT Infrastructure Operation is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure. This role ensures alignment with business objectives and supports operational efficiency through strategic roadmaps, technology evaluations, migrations, and adherence to architectural standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance to the 24/7 IT Operations Team across domains including: Enterprise Compute End User Engineering Google and Microsoft Collaboration Platforms Storage and Backup Services Network Infrastructure and Operations Cybersecurity Disaster Recovery Infrastructure Automation Develop and maintain strategic infrastructure roadmaps. Lead infrastructure transformation and migration initiatives. Ensure compliance with architectural standards and frameworks. Recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Core Competencies IT Infrastructure Expertise Deep understanding of operating systems: Windows, Linux, AIX, IBMi Series. Knowledge of data center and branch office network infrastructures. Familiarity with security architecture, collaboration platforms, monitoring tools, and application software. Infrastructure Operations Hands-on experience managing servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and networking components. Architectural Standards Proficiency in architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman. Technical Skills Skilled in infrastructure design, implementation, and management tools and technologies. Communication & Collaboration Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Analytical & Problem-Solving bility to analyze complex infrastructure challenges and develop effective solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in IT Infrastructure, Architecture, and IT Service Management. Proven experience in operating systems, virtualization, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
