Position: Senior Financial Analyst II Salary: $70,000-$90,000 Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Location: West Valley City, Utah Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust financial models to assist in budget planning and weekly forecasts. Conduct thorough monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including variance analysis. Provide valuable ad hoc project support for senior management to drive strategic decisions. Assist with the month-end close process in collaboration with corporate finance for accurate reporting. Identify and analyze financial opportunities and risks to enhance overall performance. Transform complex data into actionable insights and develop innovative reporting structures. Collaborate effectively with department leaders to align priorities and establish clear goals across operating divisions. Foster a team-oriented mindset, providing problem-solving leadership, while delivering exceptional service to business partners. Education and Experience Demonstrated strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2-5+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or related fields. Possess excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Able to thrive in a hybrid work environment (in-office and remote). Microsoft SQL skills are a plus. C.R. England 2025 C.R.
