Join us at Crowe and help shape the future of our industry. Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Strategist to join our Crowe Consulting Data and Analytics team. Your primary responsibility will be to align client business strategies with our data and analytics solutions. You will manage the delivery of our current offerings while focusing on understanding our clients' strategic value drivers and identifying important metrics and analytics to provide insights that help them achieve their objectives. Your role will involve leading client data management (people, process, and technology), engaging with client leadership, executing complex data projects, and facilitating change within client organizations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their business drivers and strategic objectives, identifying how we can support their goals. Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data initiatives. Analyze source systems to assess current data sets, making recommendations to bridge any misalignments. Extract actionable insights from data sets to inform business strategies and decisions. Foster strong internal relationships, offering thought leadership proactively. Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver analytics that yield actionable insights for clients. Track team assignments and deliverables to ensure project goals are achieved. Maintain robust client relationships through proactive engagement and leadership. Communicate expectations clearly to clients and team members throughout projects. Identify opportunities to introduce additional Crowe solutions that align with client needs. Additional Responsibilities: Data Strategy Roadmap Data Lake & Analytics Build-out AI Readiness Assessments Data Quality and Management Data Governance and Quality Crowe Clearview Analytics ongoing support Qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. 8+ years of Business Analysis experience. 5+ years of Consulting experience. 5+ years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence. Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting. Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations. Experience with cloud-based data platforms is a plus. Experience in a specific industry is a plus. The salary range for this position is $87,200.00 - $179,500.00 per year, reflecting various factors including skill sets, experience, and training.
