Job Description Port Chester, NY! LCSW 8% SIGN ON BONUS and FEDERAL LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM MUST BE BILINGUAL ENGLISH-SPANISH SPEAKING Individual with work closely with the primary health care team to provide integrated behavioral health care to improve the patients medical outcomes. The Licensed Clinician must provide short term Behavorial Health care using evidenced-based treatment models with adults, children and families and establish and implement clinical treatment goals in collaboration with the integrated health care team.
