Your responsibility will include managing your territory effectively to maintain relationships with existing physician groups, clinics, and proprietary primary care offices. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying key decision-makers to enhance account penetration. Leverage a creative approach to expand your customer base. Develop a comprehensive territory plan outlining clear goals and resource allocation (coverage, sampling, grant/education proposals, etc.) for key customers. Facilitate formulary acceptance and compliance with managed care accounts. Demonstrate a solid understanding of clinical research and scientific literature. Utilize your consultative skills to assist healthcare customers with their business needs. Promote and market our specialized products effectively. Qualifications and Experience: Relevant sales experience and skills. Consultative selling experience is preferred. Must be comfortable working remotely and utilizing ZOOM software for virtual meetings. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to strategically target healthcare professionals to drive sales growth and product volume. Possess effective selling techniques and strong product knowledge to influence healthcare professionals' prescribing decisions. Analyze territory information to optimize your sales strategy and routing. Utilize sales tools and data to enhance planning and execution of sales activities. Develop and implement actionable plans to make the most of available selling resources. Prepare tailored pre-call plans that align with healthcare professionals' needs. Utilize data and insights to foster meaningful discussions regarding healthcare professionals' and patients' requirements. Commit to continuous learning and professional growth in sales, communication, and product expertise. Conduct business in strict adherence to all regulations, policies, and procedures. Exhibit high ethical standards and professionalism at all times.
