Responsibilities The Oracle Cloud PaaS Solutions Architect plays a multifaceted role requiring diverse skills: Strong leadership and management abilities Outstanding communication and customer relationship management skills Solid understanding of SaaS Applications technology and OCI/PaaS technology Thorough comprehension of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities You will be accountable for all technical scope items, collaborating with functional resources on and off-shore, directing technical teams to fulfill client commitments on time and within budget, and advising customers while maintaining productive relationships. Successful candidates will demonstrate the following: Expert understanding of the following workstreams: You should have advanced knowledge in Oracle SaaS Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Extensions, particularly related to ERP, HCM or SCM. Client relationship management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, actively listening and guiding decisions through a consultative approach. Team leadership: Lead and mentor a team of cloud analysts and consultants, both on-shore and off-shore, promoting their success. Communication: Effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences while demonstrating active listening and confidence. Problem-solving: Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop creative solutions. Technical support: Serve as a liaison for clients needing technical support, coordinating with the offshore technical team when necessary. Sales Pursuit Support: Engage in technical discovery sessions, contribute to solution design and estimation, and assist in sales presentations that highlight our team's capabilities. Drive Innovation: Contribute to and lead innovative initiatives within our practice communities and cross-functional teams. Continuous improvement: Identify improvement opportunities in cloud solutions and processes, implementing changes to boost performance and efficiency. Technical skills: Expertise in OCI, including designing secure and scalable architectures, governance, automation, provisioning, and deploying various cloud components. Advanced understanding of Oracle SaaS Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Extensions. Proficient in JET development or JavaScript frameworks (e.g., JQuery, AngularJS) and Core Java EE Development/Architecture. Experience in developing Web Services (SOAP & REST using XML/JSON). Deep knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 in enterprise applications. Familiar with enterprise authentication and authorization concepts. Functional skills: Experience with functional concepts in SaaS modules relevant to expertise. Expertise in enterprise architecture and cross-functional system integrations. Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, risk management, and resource management. Staying up to date: Commitment to continuous learning about emerging cloud technologies and best practices is essential. Project management: Lead all technical aspects of cloud projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Industry expertise desired. Range and benefit information provided in this posting applies only to the specified locations. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. Eligibility for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral may apply.
