Job Overview: Join us as a dynamic Commercial Operations Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our project management teams. This is an exciting opportunity to lead contract negotiation, implementation, and management, ensuring our projects are executed successfully. Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, while proactively evaluating and mitigating project risks. Main Responsibilities: Contract Administration: Leverage your expertise in project delivery systems and contract management to train and assist project teams on compliance with contract requirements. Client Management: Engage early in negotiations, manage client communications effectively, and monitor adherence to contract stipulations throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. Subcontractor Relations: Work with project and procurement teams to negotiate favorable subcontracts, oversee performance, and provide essential training on key subcontract terms. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop comprehensive mitigation strategies, and maintain a detailed risk register to support project teams. Claims Management: Offer proactive support for claims and disputes, ensuring thorough documentation is maintained to support project objectives. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience are required. We value additional experience in lieu of a degree. Although domestic and international travel may be required based on specific project needs, the frequency will vary. Why Join Us? Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $81,765 and $134,909, depending on your experience, with the potential for additional discretionary bonuses.
