Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, while proactively evaluating and mitigating project risks. Main Responsibilities: Contract Administration: Leverage your expertise in project delivery systems and contract management to train and assist project teams on compliance with contract requirements. Client Management: Engage early in negotiations, manage client communications effectively, and monitor adherence to contract stipulations throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. Subcontractor Relations: Work with project and procurement teams to negotiate favorable subcontracts, oversee performance, and provide essential training on key subcontract terms. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop comprehensive mitigation strategies, and maintain a detailed risk register to support project teams. Claims Management: Offer proactive support for claims and disputes, ensuring thorough documentation is maintained to support project objectives. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience are required. We value additional experience in lieu of a degree. Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $81,765 and $134,909, depending on your experience, with the potential for additional discretionary bonuses. Work Environment: We consider hybrid work options for the right candidate.
