Key Responsibilities: Utilize complex data sets to address challenging problems through analytical and statistical methods. Bring technical expertise in quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining to craft effective product strategies. Establish success metrics and monitor key indicators to assess performance and progress. Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape and execute strategic product initiatives and investments. Develop and communicate a long-term vision and strategy for various programs and products. Collaborate with executives to design and implement data platforms and analytical instrumentation. Present insights and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders. Define success metrics, anticipate changes, and establish team objectives. Contribute to the development of analytics roadmaps and coordinate efforts across teams. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R, SAS, Matlab). 8+ years of experience leading analytics initiatives in individual contributor roles, working collaboratively with Engineering and cross-functional partners to drive data-informed product planning and strategy. A proven track record of leading complex analytics projects across various stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, PM/TPM, Analytics, and Finance. Experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, and experimentation/causal inference techniques. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical topics clearly and concisely. Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of experience engaging with leadership teams to communicate analytical results and influence strategic decision-making. Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field. Bachelor's Degree in an analytical or scientific discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research). 10+ years of experience performing intricate quantitative analysis in product analytics.
