Job Title: Workday Consultant Location: Charlotte, NC; Pennington, NJ; PLano, TX Work Arrangement: 3 day in office with 2 day WFH Client Industry: Banking Duration: 12 -18 months Contract Schedule: Monday to Friday About the RoleMUST HAVES 7+ years working within Workday Configuration or Integration Can go into Workday and change a business system Can build from scratch 5+ years of Core HCM Workday Extend experience MUST BE CERTIFIED Orchestrate OR Vndly experience Build out modules within the application VERY HANDS ON Experience demonstrating builds to the business Able to explain what they built and why Experience working with offshore teams Experience with workday implementation and all day-to-day processes Compensation Hourly Rate: 70$-75$ per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
