Haag-Streit USA (HSU) is seeking a highly motivated Integration Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for integrating Haag-Streit products into customer systems across the U.S. This role has a primary focus on slit lamp imaging integration and works closely with the Haag-Streit Group, internal HSU teams, and dealer partners to ensure seamless, optimized solutions for our customers. The Integration Specialist also plays a key role in supporting sales and driving adoption by effectively communicating Haag-Streit's integration capabilities to dealers and end users. What you'll do: Serve as the integration subject matter expert at Haag-Streit USA (HSU) for all Haag-Streit products, with a primary focus on slit lamp imaging integration into customer systems. Collaborate with the Haag-Streit Group, including Product Management, to communicate integration requirements, updates, and best practices to HSU, while also providing U.S. market-specific integration insights to the global organization. Act as the primary U.S. integration resource for Haag-Streit Group inquiries. Partner with HSU teams and dealer personnel during customer installations requiring system integration, particularly for slit lamp imaging solutions. Develop and deliver training for HSU staff and dealer partners on integrating Haag-Streit products into customer systems. Support sales activities by participating in product demonstrations and showcasing Haag-Streit's integration capabilities to prospective customers. Continuously monitor internal resources, industry trends, and external technologies to remain current on integration standards, capabilities, and customer expectations within the U.S. market. Provide input and recommendations to Product Management to support software development and integration-related enhancements. Coordinate scheduling, travel arrangements, and administrative reporting to support integration activities. Maintain ongoing communication with dealer sales representatives, Sales and Market Managers, and the home office regarding customer integrations, training initiatives, and overall customer satisfaction. Document and update integration activities, notes, and outcomes within the CRM system. Represent Haag-Streit at trade shows and medical conventions, demonstrating equipment and integration capabilities to dealer representatives, physicians, and clinical staff as needed What you'll need: Associate's degree in information technology with a preferred specialization in networking or cyber security Ability to learn new technology Ability to travel overnight (80%) and work occasional weekends. Experience in a customer-facing role (including retail or service environments) with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively Well organized and capable of working independently; exercising independent judgment with minimal supervision. Excellent organizational skills are a must. Strong Presentation and excellent Customer service skills. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills with the ability to effectively communicate orally in English and in writing. This includes the ability to handle difficult situations and deal effectively and harmoniously with various personnel both internally and externally, at all levels. Develop expertise in product application and practice management implications. Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management. Ability to lift and move products (up to 50 lbs.).
