Key Responsibilities: The 6-Minute Close: Aim to win on the first contact by diagnosing the customer's issue, pitching value, and closing the sale rapidly. Speed to Lead: You will be the first to respond to inbound inquiries. Quick responses are essential to winning the deal. Consultative Closing: Quickly identify customer challenges to recommend the best solutions, transforming features into tangible value. Pipeline Dominance: Own your opportunities. You'll ensure leads don't languish—close them, reschedule, or disqualify them efficiently. The Clean Handoff: If a lead doesn't close immediately, you will ensure thorough notes are passed to the outbound team, then return to the inbound queue swiftly. Intel Gathering: Capture vital details to ensure the deal sticks, such as customer needs and urgency. What Success Looks Like: We measure success by results: Close Rate: Targeting 55-65%+. Your ability to close high-quality leads is what counts. Velocity: Maintain fast response times during business hours. Revenue: Expected to reach ~$1M in sales annually. Accuracy: Set correct expectations so customers are satisfied and sales are secure.
