What You'll Do: Perform evaluations and design personalized treatment plans Help residents improve independence in self-care, mobility, and meaningful tasks Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, COTAs, nurses, and caregivers Document progress and outcomes clearly and thoroughly Educate patients, families, and staff on home programs and adaptive strategies Use your creativity to make therapy functional and fun What You Bring: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT license in Texas Passion for working with older adults Strong communication and teamwork skills SNF or geriatric experience is a plus-but we're open to new grads!
