Job Description Are you an accomplished NetSuite consultant with a strong background in the Manufacturing industry? The Sr Principal Consultant will play a critical role in driving customer success and satisfaction by offering tailored solutions and expert guidance throughout project engagements. You will work independently to deliver high-quality results, utilize Oracle methodologies, and implement effective solutions tailored to our customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and documenting customer value gaps leveraging our proprietary SuiteReview methodology. Collaborate with customers to develop strategies for addressing and remediating identified gaps. Work closely with customers to implement solutions for their highest priority gaps. Design solutions for complex requirements, coordinating with our Technical Services (TS) team for integration and technical components. Provide strategic consulting guidance to customers to optimize their business processes. Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations with NetSuite. Collaborate with the TS team to design and conduct unit testing for automations and integrations. Conduct quality reviews of deliverables created by team members. Commit to continuous product knowledge enhancement and pursue relevant certifications. Stay updated on AI technologies, integrating AI-driven tools and solutions into consulting practices to support and enhance customer experience. Engage with other ACS teams including Technical Services, Point-of-sale (POS), eCommerce, and Support for seamless service delivery. Adhere to critical internal processes aimed at delivering an exceptional customer experience. Preferred Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in NetSuite’s core verticals (Supply Chain Management, Operations, Manufacturing, etc.). Strong grasp of NetSuite modules, including Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, and Order Management. Demonstrated ability in business process consulting, with proven success in analyzing and improving organizational performance. 2+ years of experience in an external consulting role with interactions at the C-suite level. Experience defining requirements for customizations and integrations. Proficient in custom development analysis, design, and testing. Exceptional communication skills. Dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction. Experience in project and/or team leadership. A background in Finance or Accounting is a plus. Relevant product certifications, such as NetSuite ERP Consultant, are advantageous. A proven ability to lead diverse teams with varied functional skills. Capability to synthesize complex information into strategic narratives and implementation plans.
