About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to enhance our product organization’s effectiveness. In this role, you will ensure that our product offerings reflect customer insights, are executed flawlessly, and are clearly understood in the market. You will collaborate seamlessly with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to establish structured flows for information sharing, feedback gathering, and priority communication. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating clarity in complex situations and enabling teams to work collaboratively toward common goals. Key Responsibilities Voice of Customer & Insight Alignment Develop Comprehensive VOC Programs: Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to create effective VOC programs utilizing tools and processes that gather customer insights driving product roadmaps. Gather Operational Insights: Partner with Operations to collect and synthesize feedback that informs product priorities. Centralize Feedback: Maintain an organized repository for customer feedback and product requests. Synthesize Feedback: Analyze customer feedback trends and transform insights into actionable themes that inform product strategy and messaging. Enablement & Product Readiness Create Customer-Informed Enablement: Use customer insights to develop enablement materials that equip GTM teams to communicate customer challenges and our unique advantages effectively. Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate planning among Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to achieve unified understanding of priorities and timelines. Establish Product Planning Cycles: Manage structured planning cycles (e.g., quarterly checks, roadmap assessments) to reinforce clear priorities and alignment. Develop Communication Frameworks: Create and uphold frameworks for transparent communication of updates and progress to stakeholders. Craft the Product Story: Work with Product Marketing to align messaging and narratives around product launches and updates. Process & Continuous Improvement Ensure Organizational Readiness: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee ownership, training, and resources are in place for new product launches. Enhance Product Team Effectiveness: Identify and mitigate process inefficiencies that hinder team collaboration. Measure and Report Impact: Create dashboards to track progress towards product goals and maintain accountability. Promote Continuous Improvement: Facilitate retrospectives and share best practices to improve collaboration within product teams. What You Bring 5-7 years of experience in product management, program management, or customer experience roles within a SaaS or tech environment. Strong organizational and communication skills, adept at simplifying complex information and ensuring team alignment. Expertise in gathering and synthesizing customer insights to drive informed decision-making. Able to handle multiple priorities and establish structure in dynamic environments. A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to connecting teams and ensuring accountability. A genuine interest in team dynamics and a passion for process optimization. The estimated total cash compensation for this position ranges from $96,000 to $120,000 USD.
