Role Snapshot We're seeking a Mental Health-Focused Therapist to provide individual and group therapy to clients with primary mental health needs, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related concerns, and co-occurring substance use. This role works closely with the Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor to support assessments, treatment planning, documentation, crisis intervention, and discharge planning, all within a structured, therapeutic milieu. This is a fully on-site position, ideal for clinicians who value face-to-face work, collaboration, and consistency in care. What You'll Do Provide individual and group therapy with a mental health focus Utilize evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, trauma-informed approaches) Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and contribute to treatment planning Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed Support crisis intervention, safety planning, and stabilization Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups Collaborate with the clinical team on care coordination and discharge planning Build strong, therapeutic relationships with clients and families Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and clinical collaboration What We're Looking For Licensed clinician: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT Strong mental health clinical background (primary MH preferred) Experience with trauma-informed care and crisis intervention Solid understanding of HIPAA and ethical practice Strong boundaries, communication, and time management skills Culturally responsive and client-centered Experience with co-occurring disorders is a plus.
