As a Revit Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our CAD/BIM/VDC team to elevate our water resource projects. This role calls for an experienced structural designer who thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment, addressing complex design challenges with innovative solutions. Effective coordination and communication with design engineers will be vital to resolve issues, enhance processes, and ensure timely project completion. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of structural design experience, with a proven track record in delivering clear, complete, and accurate designs using Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). A strong understanding of the water resource sector, including domains such as Fish Hatcheries, Hydroelectric Power, and Pump Storage, is essential. Responsibilities: Lead and manage Revit projects while coordinating with project teams effectively. Set up Revit projects that involve multiple models and team members. Manage projects within the Cloud environment. Create and oversee Revit content, including views, sheets, and schedules, ensuring adherence to standards and project objectives. Possess a solid understanding of structural discipline. Contribute actively throughout all design and delivery phases. Collaborate seamlessly with Revit, Inventor, and Civil 3D across multiple disciplines. Manage multiple projects efficiently, maintain organization, and deliver high-quality outputs at a fast pace. Prior experience with water treatment plants, pump stations, fish hatcheries, and hydropower facilities is highly desirable. Qualifications: Proficiency in Autodesk's Revit is a must. Strong skills in steel and concrete modeling. Experience with rebar modeling. Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Competence in Navisworks and 3D coordination. Proficient in AutoCAD. Preferred Skills: Completion of a technical or vocational program in design and drafting; AA/AS preferred. 10 years of experience as a multi-discipline designer preferred. Experience with Structural Concrete/3D Rebar Design, Structural Steel Design, and Connections in Revit. Background with Autodesk Vault is advantageous. Knowledge of Dynamo or Python scripting for Revit is a plus. Familiarity with Inventor or similar software is beneficial. Experience in the water resources domain is favorable. Strong technical writing and professional communication skills are necessary. Competence with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Able to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams on various concurrent projects. Compensation Package: Pay Range: $44 hr. - $64 hr.
