Job Duties: The ES Child Care Licensing Manager manage the program functions of Child Care Licensing Office. Plan, develop, and manage a quality assurance program by conducting internal audits and coordinating inter-rater reliability among staff; supervise staff responsible for conducting system and file audits. Plan, develop, and manage a program review process to ensure accuracy in the process of issuing licenses for new and renewal applications as well as other processes in the Division of Early Care and Education (DECE). Plan, develop, and manage orientation, regulation and director's training for program staff and child care providers. Annually review training to ensure emerging trends are included as well as new regulations, laws, and policies. Attend and participate in all meetings related to regulation and policy development. Other related duties as assigned. Minimum and Additional Requirements A Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of experience in any combination of social work, management, business administration, administrative services or public administration. A Master's Degree and two (2) years of experience in any combination of social work, management, business administration, administrative services or public administration.
