This role goes beyond traditional sales; it's about creatively merging technology with customer needs. Your Key Responsibilities Lead the development and management of a holistic ownership value model that combines technical insights, commercial strategies, and market trends. Analyze customer requirements and determine their impact on product value, ensuring maximum user benefits. Innovate new strategies to enhance customer satisfaction through your analytical skills. Design and present engaging presentations to internal teams, highlighting the unique value of our products. Collaborate closely with engineering, program, and production teams to effectively advocate for customer interests. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to evaluate their impact on GM's product offerings. Represent GM as an ambassador at customer meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows. Your Qualifications A minimum of 4 years of experience in energy, product management, or business development. A deep understanding of energy industry fundamentals, including project financing. Proficient in energy market dynamics, with a talent for modeling value based on system or component specifications. Experience in developing evaluation models; knowledge of Python is a plus. Solid grasp of energy cell and system design. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $117,800 to $205,000, based on experience and geographic factors. Eligible candidates may also take part in a performance-based bonus program and enjoy a variety of health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings plans, tuition assistance, and more. While this position supports remote work, candidates located within a specified distance from a GM hub are expected to work in-person three times a week, or as directed by management.
