Key Responsibilities: Train and reinforce food safety procedures with staff Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve sales goals Manage food and labor costs effectively Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed Establish and maintain safe working conditions Maximize crew retention by managing team members effectively Conduct interviews and hire new team members Provide thorough training for crew members Identify issues proactively and take corrective action Deliver fast, accurate service and exceptional customer service to all guests Continuously improve Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards Drive store sales to meet or exceed budget goals, including marketing participation Qualifications: College degree or equivalent operational experience Minimum of two years restaurant experience Proven experience in supervising and managing a staff Fluent in English, with strong speaking and writing skills Demonstrates a sense of urgency Maintains a neat, clean, and professional appearance Able to lift 35 pounds to waist level Possesses a guest-friendly demeanor Ready to take on around-the-clock restaurant responsibilities Willingness to work 50+ hours per week across all shifts ServSafe Certified
