Join Our Team as an OTR CDL-A Driver - Competitive Pay & Consistent Miles! Location: South Holland, IL Wider Group is seeking skilled CDL-A drivers for both solo and team OTR opportunities. With steady mileage, predictable routes, and attractive compensation, this could be your next career move! TEAM POSITIONS AVAILABLE DRY VAN (Roundtrip Lane): Route: Chicago, IL to Phoenix, AZ to Rialto, CA and back Occasional stops in Kansas and St. Paul Schedule: Depart Wednesdays at 9 PM and return by Sunday early morning or afternoon Pay: Up to $0.80 CPM split REEFER - DROP & HOOK: Transport FedEx Custom Critical Loads Mileage: 4500-6500 miles weekly Pay: Up to $0.85 CPM split SOLO POSITION (Dry Van): Route: Roundtrip from IL to MN and back Starting Pay: $0.60 CPM Pay Increase to: $0.63 CPM after 90 days and $0.65 CPM after 180 days Modern Fleet: 2020-2023 models of International, Volvo, and Freightliner Requirements: Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience and availability for OTR, at least 2 weeks on the road Employment Type: 1099 contractor Ready to hit the road?
