Team Shift Supervisor

Description Job Title: Team Shift Supervisor Reports to: Fuel & Store Manager (FSM) Job Description: The Team Shift Supervisor is an essential leader within our operations, combining exceptional business acumen with excellent interpersonal skills to uphold the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction. We're looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our team, who can help us achieve our goals of revenue generation and cost control. Duties and Responsibilities: Create and manage schedules for crew members, ensuring optimal staffing levels. Coordinate breaks according to schedules and step in as needed to support the crew. Monitor crew performance to consistently deliver fast and efficient customer service. Guide new team members in understanding operational systems and using POS or order-taking machines. Ensure customer wait times are minimized and meet company standards. Train and mentor new employees, facilitating their learning by partnering them with experienced staff. Assist in inventory control to guarantee that kitchen supplies, utensils, and equipment are always available. Maintain effective communication with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries. Supervise kitchen staff to ensure the preparation of quality food items and effective food rotation. Address customer complaints quickly and ensure satisfactory resolutions. Oversee cash register closing procedures at shift end, resolving any discrepancies immediately. Exhibit strong customer service and communication skills. To be successful in this role, you should have: A High School diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred. Solid experience in quick service restaurant management. A strong customer service orientation. Reliable transportation. The ability to stand for up to 8 hours throughout your shift. A willingness to lift 30 to 50 pounds, and to perform actions involving pushing, pulling, and extensive use of hands and wrists. A focus on accountability for results. A passion for serving others.
