Must present a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance. In-depth knowledge of kitchen food preparation and operation of register equipment is essential. Strong interpersonal communication skills are required to effectively work with customers and team members. Good hearing and vision are necessary for customer interaction and safely operating kitchen tools. Integrity and honesty are key attributes. Assertiveness and good manners are important when leading a team. Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions, including reading recipes. Attention to detail and the capacity to remain calm under pressure are crucial. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain minimal disruption to customers and staff is essential. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for 90% of the shift is required. Strong manual dexterity is necessary for fast-paced environments. Teamwork skills are essential for ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service and cleanliness. General Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by ensuring quick and efficient service. Maintain a standard of excellence in quality, service, and cleanliness. Ensure consistency in product portions served. Foster a positive and cooperative atmosphere among team members and customers. Be knowledgeable about all equipment and operational procedures. Adhere to all safety guidelines and policies. Job Training: This position involves close/general supervision with guidance available for complex tasks. Interaction with customers is a key aspect of this role. Decision-Making Responsibilities: Ability to observe, identify issues, and make informed decisions quickly, prioritizing customer needs and workspace requirements is critical. Working Conditions: Work in an environment that may experience extreme temperatures and elevated noise levels, especially during peak hours. Consequences of Errors: Potential risks include employee injuries, unhappy customers, and revenue loss. Key Activities: Efficiently prepare customer orders, adhering to quality standards. Work collaboratively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prioritize workload focusing first on customer service, then on maintaining the dining and work areas.
