Job Summary: We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee our restaurant's daily operations. You will play a vital role in planning, directing, and executing various functional activities, including marketing, sales, accounting, and general administration. Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and annual budget targets, including sales goals, profit projections, and staffing requirements. Assess the overall business environment and adapt staff and inventory levels as necessary. Ensure all financial reports are accurate, align with company standards, and are generated monthly. Lead and promote innovative marketing initiatives for the restaurant. Oversee all hiring processes, performance evaluations, and terminations of staff. Manage the ordering process and delegate responsibilities accordingly. Effectively schedule all staff shifts and communicate schedules promptly. Maintain high-quality standards for food and service while managing costs effectively. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through quality food, friendly service, and responsive interactions. Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols in compliance with company and health department regulations. Provide monthly management status reports. Coordinate maintenance and repair services for the restaurant facilities. Perform other related duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: Build and maintain an effective restaurant team through recruitment, training, compensation, motivation, and regular evaluations. Foster a healthy work environment that promotes employee relations at all levels. Guide and mentor employees to support their career growth.
