Position Overview The Infrastructure Technical Excellence Manager will be instrumental in advancing our Technology Infrastructure program, driving efficiencies to align with our business objectives. In this role, you will utilize standardized project management methodologies, employing tools like Workfront, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence to enhance visibility into our infrastructure initiatives. You will manage infrastructure budgets and enhance stakeholder engagement. By fostering a collaborative environment, you will be an agent of change throughout the Technology Infrastructure project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the Technology Infrastructure roadmap and developing KPIs to measure project success, while presenting key updates to leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Utilize standardized project management methodologies to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and scope-compliant delivery of infrastructure initiatives. Create and maintain project scope specifications and comprehensive plans for tracking and communication. Estimate time and resource needs while diligently monitoring project milestones throughout the lifecycle. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across teams, including Technology, Procurement, Finance, and Compliance. Leverage data to establish KPIs and dashboards, improving visibility into project performance. Collaborate with Technology stakeholders on infrastructure approaches and ensure alignment with business needs. Develop and share work products to highlight project risks and communicate accurate project status. Act as the first point of contact for resolving project roadblocks and risks. Essential Functions Ability to operate computers and other technology for extended periods. Qualifications Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business or Computer Science preferred. PMP certification is strongly desired. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project/program management within an IT organization, with a focus on infrastructure operations. Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders to implement infrastructure solutions. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Experience managing global cross-functional projects related to technology infrastructure. Background in managing disaster recovery, data center projects, or cloud migrations preferred. Detail-oriented with an understanding of precision in work quality. Ability to engage with diverse teams and foster effectiveness across cultures. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to escalating issues as needed. Experience in the gaming, hospitality, or retail sectors preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience communicating with executive leadership preferred. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Proficient with tools like Smartsheet and Microsoft Project to optimize team efficiency. Organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel for key meetings and workshops. The salary range for this position is $89,200.00 to $125,000.00, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus. Compensation may vary based on factors such as location, skills, education, and experience.
