About the Role The Exam Content Management Specialist utilizes technical and project management skills focused on managing exam content, databases, and processes to publish and maintain certification exams. You will import exam content from clients, prepare and configure exams for publication, and conduct quality control for exam materials using PSI's proprietary software. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible working hours from Monday to Friday. The role can be performed remotely within the US, UK, or Sweden, with occasional travel for meetings, events, and workshops. Role Responsibilities Onboard new clients, assessing their testing requirements for optimal setup. Intake and publish new exams for existing clients according to strict timelines. Establish and maintain timelines for exam publication activities while tracking progress using project management software. Format and import client content accurately into item banking and test delivery systems. Prepare tests for publication, implementing updates as necessary. Collaborate with IT teams and management to deliver software support and training to clients. Identify and resolve potential issues related to test publication, proposing effective solutions. Conduct quality control checks as per departmental procedures, addressing issues as they arise. Assist other Content Management teams with test publication-related tasks. Help develop and maintain documentation for Test Content Services processes and technology tools, including user guides. Stay informed and proficient in the use of our proprietary item banking and exam delivery software. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in exam publication, item bank management, or database management. Strong communication skills are essential. Creative problem-solving abilities are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary. Familiarity with Jira is a plus. Experience with XML, HTML, and QTI file formats is preferred.
