In this pivotal role, you will manage estimating tasks for mitigation and reconstruction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Create precise estimates utilizing Xactimate and Symbility for both mitigation and contents restoration. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and documentation from the estimation phase to project completion. Collaborate effectively with mitigation teams and clients to ensure seamless transitions into reconstruction. Maintain professional communication with homeowners, business owners, and insurance representatives. Uphold high standards of client service and professionalism. Engage in company culture and team initiatives, including quarterly meetings and community service events. Qualifications: 1-3+ years of experience in restoration estimating or project management (minimum of 1 year required). Strong proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility software. IICRC certification is preferred but not required. Ability to manage multiple estimates and projects simultaneously. Proactive, dependable, and capable of independent work without micromanagement. Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and exceptional communication skills. Professional conduct is a must; our company sets a high bar for professionalism. Experience in residential and commercial reconstruction projects valued at $100K+ is preferred.
