Job Description Join our team as a Senior Principal Consultant specializing in Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting Solutions. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering successful implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting solutions, leveraging your expertise and strategic insights. You will guide clients through their adoption of modern best practices and Oracle's solutions, ensuring their business processes align effectively with the technology. Responsibilities Lead business process workshops and provide expert advice on the advantages of implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting Solutions. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, helping clients to clearly define their processes and secure alignment on solutions. Utilize Oracle's implementation methodology for all projects, ensuring a structured and effective approach. Configure the Oracle Recruiting Cloud solution to meet client needs. Conduct familiarization workshops to help clients understand the configurations and functionalities of the Recruiting Cloud solution. Support clients throughout all testing phases, including production cutover and the period following go-live. Assist clients with their data migration initiatives to ensure a smooth transition. Collaborate with the integration consulting team to build, configure, and test integrations with third-party or custom solutions. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Mentor and review the work of junior members of the consulting team. Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting and Onboarding solutions, including at least one full life cycle implementation of these systems. Additionally, you should possess: 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting Cloud solutions. Prior consulting experience within a consulting or software company. Experience in deploying Recruiting SaaS applications successfully. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Strong skills in business analysis and requirements gathering. Experience with multiple Cloud HCM applications is advantageous. Willingness and ability to travel up to 70%-80% as needed.
