Join our team as a Class A CDL Regional OTR Driver where you can earn between $1700 and $2100 weekly while enjoying a structured home time schedule of 21 days out, followed by 7 days at home. We offer a generous sign-on bonus of over $1100 and an annual income ranging from $90k to $112k! Key Requirements: Minimum of 1 year OTR experience within the last 2 years, including at least 6 months in the past 14 months or 3 months in the past 7 months. Northern States Winter Driving Experience is required. Experience must be with OTR 53' Tractor Trailers (no Dump Trucks or Garbage Trucks). Further Details: All candidates must pass a Hair Follicle Drug Screen. No SAAP drivers accepted. No accidents or incidents within the past year. Your CDL address must match the hiring area. As part of your role, you will be: Operating mainly in the Midwest, Great Lakes, and East Coast regions. Driving overnight and starting work between 7 PM and 10 PM. Expected to achieve an average of 2400+ miles per week. Compensation: $1700 to $2150+ weekly average, paid on all miles, loaded and empty. Compensation rates based on experience: $0.65 per mile without Hazmat and $0.68 per mile with Hazmat for 12-29 months of experience; $0.67 per mile without Hazmat and $0.70 per mile with Hazmat for 30+ months of experience.
