Core Qualifications for Every IndeVet: Experience in high-quality, independent practices, including: Small animal general practice with consistent, dynamic mentorship. Emergency room experience with ongoing mentorship. Completion of a challenging and contemporary internship. Confidence to work independently while being supported by the IndeVets community. Willingness to work a minimum of 25 hours per week. Possession of an active veterinary license/DEA license/CDS license (if applicable), or the ability to obtain licensure in your working state.
