Construction Superintendent - CSA (Data Centers)

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Civil Structural Architectural (CSA) Construction Superintendent who thrives in creating a harmonious work environment and ensuring that construction projects proceed smoothly. In this key role, you will lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, ensuring that all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel are available to complete the job efficiently. Minimum of 10 years of construction site experience At least 10 years in roles such as general foreman, superintendent, or construction manager Proven knowledge in pre-design and pre-construction phases, building systems and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, and client relationship building Ideally, you will also possess: Experience in Pharma, GMP facilities, or clean rooms Ability to collaborate on planning, design, construction, and commissioning Excellent communication skills Proficiency in software such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam Experience creating estimates, client presentations, timelines, staffing plans, and construction execution plans Capability to facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings with owners and designers Experience conducting constructability reviews Experience leading client and construction meetings Multidisciplinary knowledge, including Mechanical, Electrical, IC, and CSA A strong focus on safety leadership, including JHA revisions and daily signed-off permits Quality assurance in construction processes Experience in the turnover process, including TOPs, punch lists, and walkdowns with contractors and owners Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
