We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as a Senior Product Owner for Pharmacy Products. In this influential role, you'll utilize your clinical knowledge and independent judgment to define the future of our pharmacy product suite, spearhead critical product deployments, and ensure our solutions prioritize customer and patient safety. Your contributions will be vital in aligning customer feedback and strategic requests with our ongoing and future platform strategy, particularly as we extend our OHEHR offerings. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end deployment of our advanced eRX platform, ensuring seamless compatibility with OHEHR for over 400 customers and 1,600 providers throughout a multi-year rollout. Leverage clinical expertise to perform strategic reviews of customer requests and market input, ensuring alignment with shifting product demands and platform capabilities. Identify innovative growth opportunities within our product portfolio, proactively anticipating trends and regulatory changes, while championing enhancements to ensure customer and patient safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams-Product Management, Intellectual Property, and Configuration-to enhance products, promote industry best practices, and resolve complex challenges. Exhibit strong leadership across diverse teams; mentor and empower colleagues to contribute to product enhancements and solutions. Actively advocate for change, building consensus and securing buy-in for crucial initiatives among both internal and external stakeholders. Communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders, leveraging data and business insights to drive support for strategic product direction. Encourage a culture of innovation, inclusivity, continuous improvement, and ethical practices. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, product management, or a clinical field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, product design, or a related area, showcasing expertise in clinical pharmacy, product implementation, or healthcare technology. Ability to foresee complications and independently manage complex projects; supervisory experience is preferred. Skilled at converting customer feedback and market intelligence into actionable product improvements. Proven capacity to collaborate across organizations and drive alignment while thinking strategically about product growth. Experience in optimizing product workflows, regulatory compliance, and aligning with industry best practices. Strong communication skills for tailoring messaging to varied stakeholders and gaining support for new initiatives. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and inclusive leadership. Hiring Range: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonus and equity.
