Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Duration: 14 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Home Health Owings Mills, MD (Carroll County coverage + support for Baltimore County) Start Date: 03/16/2026 Duration: 14 Weeks Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Schedule: 5x8 Days  Position Overview Home Health RN covering primarily Carroll County with support in Baltimore County. Productivity expectation: 30 points per week Average daily visits: 6 patients/day Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics Locals Accepted Required Qualifications 2-3 years recent skilled Home Health experience Strong OASIS documentation experience Prior acute or long-term care experience MD RN License (or Compact) BLS Certification Valid Driver's License + Auto Insurance Reliable Vehicle Travel experience required Clinical Skills Required Start of Care, Recert, Resumption of Care Wound care & Wound VAC IV therapy & infusion Medication administration (IM, IV, SQ) Catheter care, G-tube, NG tube Tracheostomy & Oxygen management Pain management & PCA Case management & discharge planning OASIS documentation About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
