Surgical Technologist Location: Greensboro, GA 30642 Schedule: Full-Time, Flexible Shifts Available Join Our Surgical Team in Greensboro We are currently seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our dynamic team in Greensboro, Georgia. In this crucial role, you will help prepare the operating room, maintain a sterile environment, and assist the surgical team during procedures. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the safety and success of surgeries and the well-being of our patients. Key Responsibilities Prepare and organize the operating room with necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment Maintain a sterile field during surgery and assist by passing instruments to the surgical team Perform accurate surgical counts before, during, and after procedures to ensure no instruments are left behind Assist with patient positioning and prepping the surgical site Clean and restock the operating room after each surgery Follow infection control protocols and adhere to safety standards Document surgical counts and patient data accurately in the medical records Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to provide optimal patient care Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred Current BLS certification required Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, aseptic techniques, and operating room procedures Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Why Greensboro, GA?
