PTO Competitive 401K Competitive medical insurance The Role As the NDT Team Lead you will help to effectively plan, organise, develop, and direct the NDT Departments in a safe, efficient & cost-effective manner thereby satisfying internal business & customer requirements. Set up work assignments depending upon what the production needs are for each area Work with Level 3 in the area to ensure operators have the proper equipment, tools and training they need to effectively complete their jobs Assist operators technically to resolve any technique & quality issues that arise within the shift. Ensuring that operators are always working effectively & efficiently Daily liaison with Supervisor on performance of shift, issues/problems, improvement ideas etc. Review and update Training Matrices ensuring cross-functional team development and opportunities Interested? If you have any of the below skills, we would love to talk to you about your next career move: NDT Level 2 experience in PT, RT & DR and ability to maintain L2 certifications in each discipline Use X-ray planning board to efficiently set up work assignments in the areas. Excellent computer skills 20/20 vision, or corrected, required.
