The Lead Workforce Consultant plays a crucial role in the Account Management (AM) functions of the GTM organization at RxBenefits. This position combines strategic workforce planning with operational analytics to ensure optimal resource allocation, ensure precise compensation documentation, and generate actionable analytics that drive client retention and service excellence. We seek a candidate with strong analytical capabilities, an awareness of market trends, and exceptional communication skills to effectively deliver data-driven insights while collaborating with teams and leadership. This role reports to the Revenue Operations team. Key Responsibilities Include: Workforce Planning & Resource Management Maintain and regularly update AM client assignment records with detail and transparency. Collaborate with leadership to anticipate future staffing requirements and pinpoint areas needing support. Ensure accurate and fair documentation of variable compensation through comprehensive audits of specific KPIs and metrics. Track and report service consistency metrics across AM teams, identifying trends in partnership with the Revenue Operations Analytics and Insights team and Corporate Analytics team. Align workforce data with organizational goals in collaboration with Finance and HR. Provide strategic recommendations for optimizing team structures and resource allocation. Operational Analytics & Strategic Support Develop analyses that transform data into actionable business insights and tactical plans to enhance account management strategies and improve client retention. Synthesize internal and external datasets related to process enhancements, program modifications, and industry trends. Analyze AM performance metrics to propose enhancements in client relationships, internal processes, and cross-functional efficiency. Conduct reporting, analysis, quality checks, and evaluate job aids as necessary. Assist in identifying and training seasonal contractors, while developing dashboards/processes to ensure quality output. Cross-Functional Collaboration Actively engage within delivery teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on analysis-related initiatives for AM, including creating training materials and facilitating sessions. Communicate proactively about challenges and identify opportunities for improvements in documentation, processes, and data flow. Required Skills / Experience: 5+ years of analytical experience is a must. Experience in client service or account management is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems is required. Advanced expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), particularly strong Excel skills (Macros, VLOOKUP, etc.). Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with a client-focused approach. Adept at managing shifting priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor and positive representation both internally and externally. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret industry policies and contract documents. Preferred Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree is preferred. 3+ years of experience in the Healthcare/Pharmacy industry is preferred. Familiarity with reporting tools (QLIK, Power BI) is preferred. Experience in roles such as Workforce Analyst, Manager, or Lead Analyst is strongly preferred. Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually based on relevant market data and various factors. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. This position is also eligible for short-term incentives, with amounts varying based on individual and organizational goals. At RxBenefits, we prioritize fair and equitable compensation practices.
