The Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Recruit, onboard, and lead orientations for outstanding Team Members and Shift Leads, establishing a well-prepared workforce. Create and implement a robust training program, mentoring Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Member Trainers while overseeing the execution of key training and development initiatives. Consistently recognize and celebrate exceptional Team Member performance, while promoting a culture rooted in equity, inclusion, and belonging. Proactively address and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring a positive and collaborative environment. Engage with customers directly, swiftly addressing any issues to guarantee a delightful dining experience. Optimize staff scheduling to enhance customer service, coach management teams on operational standards, and lead product rollout meetings to ensure effective implementation. Conduct financial performance analysis, manage budgets, and devise strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional service quality. Stay vigilant about market trends and competitors, consistently striving to exceed industry benchmarks in digital presence and customer loyalty programs. Is this you? 5+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management, showcasing a solid record of effective people management. Strong aptitude for enhancing performance through detailed P&L analysis. Proficient in utilizing digital tools and platforms effectively. Exceptional communication skills across verbal, written, and interpersonal contexts. A thorough understanding of restaurant maintenance and operational standards.
