You will consult with physicians regarding patient status and ensure thorough documentation of care in compliance with OASIS standards. Your responsibilities will include managing medication profiles, promptly reporting lab results to physicians, and participating in weekly case conferences along with monthly meetings. This is a part-time, salaried position requiring 24 hours/week over 4 days, with eligibility for our 60% Paid Days Off program. Qualifications To excel as a Registered Nurse (RN) with us, you should meet the following criteria: Possess a current RN license in the state where you will practice. Have a minimum of one year of clinical experience (preferred). Show proficiency in current nursing practices. Hold a valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
