Job Description - Assemble parts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules - Operate and safely handle power tools, including torque wrenches and other hand tools - Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards - Perform visual and functional inspections of assembled frames - Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to lead - Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals - Load and unload assembly cells using electric-pallet mover Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials in accordance with OSHA lifting guidelines - Familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools - Experience working in a high-pace, mass production or manufacturing environment - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks - Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and detecting anomalies. - Moves objects weighing up to 50 pounds Meet Your RecruiterTaylor Rigor
