Job descriptionENTRY LEVEL!Job Summary:We are seeking dependable Production Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for assembling, packaging, and preparing products on the production floor to meet customer specifications while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Shift: 7:00am-3:30pmLocation: Virginia Beach, VAKey Responsibilities: Assemble manufacturing products according to work instructions and customer specificationsPerform laminating, fastening, and assembly using tools such as staple guns, nail guns, and screwsFold, pack, close, and label cartons; stack finished products onto pallets for transferStrap or bundle goods as requiredPerform visual and sensory quality checks (appearance, code dates, seals, and cases)Record product, packaging, and order information on required formsUse hand trucks or material handling equipment to organize work areas and move materialsMaintain clean and organized workstationsMeet all safety policies, quality standards, and production efficiency goalsAssist with special projects and additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to use basic hand tools and material handling equipmentStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs as neededReliable attendance and punctualityTeam-oriented with a positive attitude Work Environment: Production floor settingStanding, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion requiredFast-paced manufacturing environment IND2
