No weekends or holidays Want to learn more: Chat with Marissa Zorzin at Job Description: The Marketing Consultant serves as a strategic partner to our enterprise, leading the development, execution, and optimization of comprehensive marketing initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and audience engagement across digital and traditional channels. The Marketing Consultant will utilize patient and consumer insights to develop and execute strategic marketing, brand and development plans for Emplify Health. Under the leadership of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Consultant will collaborate with market research, corporate communications, brand team, digital marketing, design, finance, affiliates, clinical and administration leadership, and outside agencies/vendors to identify essential consumer trends, market intelligence and business goals and be able to align the information with enterprise strategic priorities to develop high impact, insight-based market strategies. Marketing Consultant will utilize deep analytical thinking and curiosity of consumer, market and industry trends to provide broader, more meaningful context to recommendations that are actionable and measurable. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking marketer with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or a related field required. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a corporate marketing, strategic planning or business development role required. 2 years of experience relating to upper-level decision makers preferred.
