Job DescriptionJob Title: Medical Assembler Operator Location: Eden Prairie, MN Compensation: $18.00-$22.00 per hour - paid weekly -- 1st and 2nd shifts Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-timeAbout the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Medical Assembler Operator workers for a medical device manufacturing company in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role, you'll help support quality production processes, follow detailed work instructions, and contribute to a clean, regulated manufacturing environment. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as an Operator: Perform coating, inspections, and tests according to work instructions Communicate results and manufacturing testing needs Package approved and rejected product according to specifications Support operators and perform other duties as required Maintain a clean, safe work area while following OSHA, GMP, and ISO guidelines Conduct quality checks and complete required documentation Operate production equipment under supervision What You Need to Bring to the Operator Role: High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn production processes Ability to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment (PPE required) Ability to read and interpret written instructions and measurements Comfortable working with chemicals and small parts Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 25 lbs Reliable transportation to the Eden Prairie area Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, if required Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
